GameBoba is a browser-based platform that provides real-time multiplayer game rooms — Uno, Ludo, Chess, Connect Four, and more — along with a friends system for adding friends and seeing who's online. The service is provided free of charge for core features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameBoba. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

When creating an account via Google, Facebook, or TikTok through Clerk, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use GameBoba as a guest (without an account) for joining rooms. Guest sessions do not require account creation.

You agree not to use GameBoba to:

• ✕Share, stream, or link content that you do not have the right to distribute
• ✕Harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other users
• ✕Post or share illegal content including but not limited to CSAM, content that promotes violence, or content that infringes third-party rights
• ✕Impersonate any person or entity
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure
• ✕Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without written permission
• ✕Spam users with unwanted messages or room invites
• ✕Use the platform for any illegal activity under applicable law
• ✕Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' experience

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The games available on GameBoba are built and hosted by GameBoba. Your username, profile picture, and in-room chat messages are your content — see below for how that's licensed.

GameBoba respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at gameboba.info@gmail.com.

Your username, profile picture, and chat messages within rooms are your content. By using the platform, you grant GameBoba a limited license to display and transmit this content to other room participants as necessary to operate the service.

GameBoba integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Google, Facebook, and TikTok. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

By signing in with Google, Facebook, or TikTok, you authorize Clerk to receive and manage profile information from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service "As Is": GameBoba is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Content Disclaimer: GameBoba does not control the content shared or played by users in rooms. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party embedded content.

Availability: We may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected reasons. We do not guarantee any uptime SLA for the free tier of the service.

You may stop using GameBoba at any time. You may delete your account from your account settings page, which will remove your profile data.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, for abuse of the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
